"The customer service at this particular restaurant is terrible. We have ordered from this location many times and have never received our pizza on time. The person I spoke with was rude and unprofessional. They initially told me the pizza would be delivered within the hour, but after an hour passed, I called and was told it was still in the oven. This is a common excuse they use, and they said it would be at my door in 10 minutes. When 22 minutes passed and the pizza still had not arrived, I called again and was told the delivery person had just left. Despite telling them I had 3 hungry kids waiting, they seemed indifferent and asked what I wanted to do. After waiting an hour and a half, I decided to cancel the order. I would recommend that this location undergo customer service training. It's a shame because Arcata has great pizza, but the customer service here does not live up to that standard. Do not order from this location."
