"Yu Xi Elite is probably the worst dining experience I have ever had in a Chinese restaurant in over 40 years of dining out. We used a discount voucher, which may have influenced our experience, but that should not excuse the poor quality of food and service. We tried to order several dishes, only to be told they were either unavailable or excluded from the offer, even though the voucher did not specify this. The dishes we did receive were inedible, cold, and completely different from what was described on the menu. The service was terrible, with the manager unable to address our complaints effectively. Overall, I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone and suggest dining at other Chinese restaurants in the area instead. It was a disappointing and embarrassing experience."
