"The 2 stars are for the location of the place. For me, this place is near the task that is not surprising. Vegetarians were never seen or perceived “so sold i net drum i s net”. As a guest I don't want to hear why something is wrong, but what the host proposes to me. That was a total mistake. The food we finally chose was sweetly prepared and relatively tasteless. "Visited from 28 06 to 03.07. 2015 We've always wanted to, because in my acquaintance, so many of them were swarming, to relax in Bad Füssing and recover a bit. This opportunity was found when we were asked by a sister of my wife, who lived with her husband more often there, whether we want to join them. Said, and since my new mobile underscore had to be taken in anyway, we went to the south-eastern Bavaria to four. In advance, the sister had already booked an arrangement for 5 nights from Sunday to Friday at the Vitalhotel Jagdhof in Kirchham, district of Bad Füssing. I'm not trying to tell anything about the hotel. The offers as well as the premises can be found on their homepage. A spacious complex with several 2-storey houses, which are always arranged in a square to each other and are connected to the main house with covered corridors, so that dry feet can be reached there with damp weather. A manko of these already older buildings is the fact that there is no lift and you have to carry your luggage in the room, even in the second floor. Was not a problem for us, but perhaps for guests to bring the most diverse handicaps. I think you can help them somehow. In any case, the rooms are spacious, the small bathrooms are new and everything made a clean impression. A small kitchenette, from which I decided that these might have been apartments in previous years, is probably available in every room, just we have a sitting area with a sofa. All rooms have either terrace or balcony. There is plenty of free parking in front of the property and an underground garage available for guests' vehicles. In the main building you will find the reception as well as the restaurant, which, as I know, is probably only created for house guests. The beer garden in front of the house can also be visited by random guests. Overall, the staff is very friendly. All the ladies who somehow have to do with Gastro-Guests have walked into Dirndl and also the men wearing dress-like clothes. Each one is a pleasantly attentive way to own. And somehow all the professionals seemed to be. In the house there are several wellness and fitness offers with trained staff. Indoor pool and sauna are also available. You can also easily drive from the hotel to Bad Füssing with a shuttle bus (free of charge with a guest card). The hotel is accompanied by a bracelet for the whole time. We have only climbed our own car when we get home. Both breakfast and dinner were served as a buffet. The drinks for dinner were allowed to be tapped. Beer, white wine, red wine, mineral water and various juices. Included in the package price. We were very positively surprised by the food. Every night there was a soup that was really top. A great salad buffet and three different main dishes as well as fruits, cakes and ice cream were available. Tastefully better than I often get served in restaurants. It was always taken care that it was refilled in time and enough friendly staff were available for cleaning the plates. It is unnecessary to stress that, of course, not only a lot of choice was there during the breakfast period, but also the plates used were quickly cleared, and when the coffee can was drained out, a new one was quickly brought. Photos of the whole thing I've made few people on it, so I can only set a picture from the outside. Conclusion: To avoid misunderstandings: This is not a 4- or 5-star hot-melt oasis. However, you are perfectly adjusted to the needs of guests, the recovery factor is great, the staff gives you the feeling that their job is fun. No wonder that the Vitalhotel Jagdhof was so praised in my acquaintance. And also in conversations with other guests was only good to hear. Total impression: 4 – happy again."
