"We greatly enjoyed our 2 dinners at this one star Michelin restaurant located in the hotel Fort de l'Ocean. The first night we had the chef's "between you & me" grand tasting menu. Each dish highlighted the fresh ingredients used. They were combined to create dishes that pleased without overpowering one's taste buds. The second night they only served a special menu with a lobster main dish. This too was delicious. The restaurant is just another reason to stay at this hotel."
