"Ciel d'Or Relais Royal has re opened for lunch, dinner and events under new ownership and a new name No. 8, Relais de Mirepoix but the same Chef de Cuisine!Had lunch on a Thursday and had two choices for each of the 3 courses soup/salad, main entree, dessert). Generous servings befitting this hearty area of France. The Parisian mushroom soup with leeks was refined comfort perfectly seasoned with poivre . Lot monkfish) served over a fennel, celery, fresh pea risotto garnished with cilantro and again the perfect amount of poivre.
