"General In 2014, I have already evaluated the bush mill once, here a current update. Mother's Day of May 10, 2015, I have no more parents, so what was closer to surprise the mother of my (wonderful) children with a dinner for Mother's Day. In advance, I have already reserved a table for four people, which once again proved appropriate. After a cozy and extended walk through the surrounding flowering rape fields we reached the restaurant Buschmühle, and my wife made huge eyes when I opened the door to her and invited her and our two girls to the evening bread. Surprise succeeded. When entering the guest room, a stone fell from the heart I had reserved before, because all the tables were occupied. The boss personally greeted us at the entrance and led us to our table, from here took over a young and friendly waitress for the next evening. She brought us the cards and asked if we would like to order the drinks immediately, or if we would like to browse the card in peace. That's how I find it pleasant. After a short waiting period, she appeared again at the table and picked up the beverage order and delivered the drinks ordered in no time. For me as a suffering, the cellar of “Böhmisch Brauhaus” was unfortunately out, so I was asked to choose another variety. Friendly, nice hint. After we had studied the menu extensively, also the two included seasonal menus, my wife and I chose lamb, which was offered on one of the two extra cards. When ordering, the young lady got a high-red head and apologized that the lamb card was actually from Easter. Oh, that's not supposed to happen! After the Faux pass with the lamb, my wife and I chose the Steak Au four with peas, salad dressing and croquets for 11,90€, our little daughter chose the robe with red cabbage and dumplings for 12,50€ and our big daughter chose the beef tongue with potatoes and carrot vegetables for 10,90€. Previously there were Soljanka a ́3,90€ for the children, my wife and I chose the fresh asparagus soup with green asparagus heads for 4,00€. The dishes were served after a pleasant waiting period. The Soljanka hearty in taste with many sausage pieces, acidic cucumber and paprika, the asparagus soup contained very many asparagus pieces, which were not boiled sodaily, very hearty in the bite. Only the consistency of the soup could have been a bit thicker. The main dishes typical German cuisine. The steaks of the “Au Four” were big and “through” fried, with a lot of sausage meat and cheese on top, but the heirs of TK merchandise solid and bite, the croquettes ok. The salad dressing no longer seemed so fresh. On the other hand, the rehroll roast was “first cream”. The lumps and the red herb made themselves. The lumps tenderly and with roasted semmelbrösel, the reddish fried large, cut pieces, solid in the bite, the roe hearty fried. The beef tongue butter soft, the carrots again TK vegetables, the potatoes not necessarily the balancing. Okay, to be honest, the fresh potatoes from the supermarket don't really taste this season. My daughter actually only bothered that the tip of the tongue was also served. That's what it cost. Overall we reacted with food and drinks 88, €. The ambience The ambiance has already been described in detail in my first review. Cleanliness Guest rooms and toilets were fine."
