"Even though the service at Gen Korean BBQ House was outstanding, our experience left a lot to be desired. The atmosphere was nice and the staff were very attentive, but the main attraction of any BBQ meal—the meat—didn't meet our expectations. The beef bulgogi was missing the authentic flavor we hoped for, and the side dishes were disappointingly bland. It appears that Gen still has some improvements to make in their food offerings to match their excellent service. However, it's not a bad option for Korean BBQ in a remote location."
