"I was at Whale Spout twice when I went through Rockaway Beach. The first time was random and the second time after choice. Both times I enjoy the quality of food, service, a cozy, pleasant atmosphere with a fantastic view of the Pacific Ocean. People there are nice and friendly with a great sense of humor. This is not a big dining place with Rave reviews... only the humble opinion of a hungry traveler who stumbled on a picturesque little dining place worth the stop on my trip on the Oregon coast. Stop... you won't be disappointed! 5/5 stars and 2 thumbs up!"
