"when they read susan M.s review below, my experience was exactly the same. I expect we were in the same area of the dining room. the server seemed very embarrassing from the situation. it wasn't her fault, and we made sure that she was around the ninety minutes was more than enough time for appies and dinner. the parlour inn has failed. in a city where so many participate in events with hard start times, it is not to ensure that customers are served in time, a fatal mistake."
