"This house was not safe enough to rent to guests, especially those with children. You did not mention the condition of the house while we were messaging. You just said the 2 bedroom addition was damaged. My family left early because of the conditions of your house! I could have rented RVs for them to stay in if you had been truthful! Yes you refunded $600 of the $1900 bill because we had fewer guests but I requested a refund because of the unsafe conditions. You declined.I also want you to suspend your listing until you get the roof fixed and electrical covered."
