"restaurant the house of art “A magical place where everything you see can be Tuyo...” this is the phrase slogan of the restaurant. although from my perspective this establishment means much more. a restaurant is not only characterised by the material (mobiliario, decoration, staff attention, etc.) besides, it could say that not even by the food they can offer, even if this element is of utmost importance. for my restaurant has a greater meaning, it is the context where to share wonderful moments with the person you want. the taste of food ends up forgetting. the memory of who you were will always remain in our memory. the art house specifically for me has marked another stage in my life. it was the first restaurant I went to in Madrid after spending a few very bitter days. There goes a metaphor, “to understand how understandable” (heroe goffman:) is like when you want a particular dish, you come the waiter, you ask him first and tell you it is a palate.
