"I’m really disappointed with this Panera. The last few times I’ve ordered, my food hasn’t been served warm. The mac and cheese grilled cheese had cold mac in the middle, and today my Frontega chicken sandwich was also cold. They definitely need to cook their food longer. I’ve been a regular for years and never had this problem before, but I won’t be coming back. I paid nearly $20 for cold food, and I’m not happy about it."
