I sent an email that I wanted to get some friends together to surprise my husband for his birthday. I wanted to see what the options were. Patrick gave me a call and was very informative and friendly. He assured me that he would get tables together with reservations so that our friends can find each other. The surprise went from PERFECTLY and the reserved tables were in a perfect place in front of the country night (the band that occurs this night). Our waitress was also attentive. Thank you! The New Year's Eve party was 85-100 dollars just to get in. And no hip or r&b music. I think they trying to get rid of the black crowd. We been 2 times before it's was nice. 1 rock room 1 pop and retro room and 1 hip hop room. Now it's 1 band room and 2 retro room. For 100 dollars or even 85. It should for sure be some even a little hip hop or r&b. Unless it's a certain crowd they trying to attract. This is my 3rd time here on New Year's Eve and my last Im very disappointed I even invited some of my family out and they was also disappointed . Bourbon street use to be a place where everyone was comfortable and welcome not anymore.
I went here to watch the England v USA game, my first time visiting. They have a massive screen, good food, and great wait staff, my son and I had a good time. We decided to get our wives and return in the evening to see Sixteen Candles, great band, great atmosphere. What did surprise me was the mixture of ages, I thought it would be just the younger ones, but every age was there enjoying themselves. I'm now looking on their website and planning other visits. The venue is amazing. However, the DJ plays the same mix/mixes legitimately every single weekend for MONTHS at a time. I'm not a professional DJ but if I were getting paid to play music consistently at the same location, I'd have the decency to at least switch it up.The bar tenders are really kind and there's plenty of bars there to be attended to in a timely manner. The size of the place as of right now is the only redeeming quality.
Amazing service, fantastic food. There's always some form of entertainment going on whether it be a DJ, live band, karaoke or trivia. 4 main areas to choose for different atmosphere. Management is Amazing and goes out of their way to provide the best customer service possible. I try to bring as many new people here as possible and they all love it here.
If you enjoy establishments with a somewhat dubious atmosphere, this might be the spot for you. However, the service leaves much to be desired, as the staff is neither friendly nor attentive. Additionally, it feels like the management is primarily focused on making money rather than providing a good experience. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
No Mexican music what so ever, I requested the song and the DJ said no Mexican music allowed especially bad bunny 5/10, the drinks were trash. The music made me sleepy.
