We had the best dinner here at 1888 Chop House. It was our last day in Banff and we treated ourselves. The restaurant is very cozy and modern inside. All decor was beautiful! Our server greeted us with a choice to start with champagne and introduced us to the menu. Our server, Nicholas was so helpful and excited to show us everything they had to offer. We ended up ordering the bread and butter which of course was amazing, then we shared the pork and scallops appetizer. Lastly for our main we got the 14oz NY Strip which we split and added the Quebec blue cheese on top which I highly would recommend. We had the ice cream sundae and some amazing esprit martinis to end and it was just an amazing...
This was the most incredible meal I have ever had ! The service was unreal and very thoughtful. The restaurant itself is very tasteful and a beautiful setting. We absolutely cannot wait to be back !
