A hidden gem for excellent cuisine is hidden on the Altenhof golf course. The clean atmosphere is characterized by the tranquility of the stately surroundings and the cultivated nonchalance of the golfers present. The menu offers a variety of delicacies. A very special recommendation is the meatballs and the salad, which we were able to enjoy outside on a sunny afternoon with a view of the greenery. We will be back soon, the cards are looking promising and we are already looking forward to the creations of the kitchen.
I was a bit disappointed with the ambiance. I had imagined it differently. However, we were only in the front of the restaurant. Since we were in the barn for an event, there was no food that day. The aperitif tasted great. The service was also very friendly and accommodating. But golf buddies say the plates are posh. So nothing to eat your fill. For star cuisine. The daily pass is ok.
