1907 Restaurant, Bar Grill

I actually didn't know what to expect from 1907 as I haven't been stayed in the hotel before or even stepped foot in the restaurant either. The ambience and atmosphere was a little quiet when we arrived early evening for a meal on Sunday but thinking outside the box. The atmosphere will be very good when it is busy. The waitresses and waiters were helpful with our drinks and attentive. Furthermore I love the decor, being an aviation based area. The bar has some fantastic chrome propellers in the centre of the room which is very eye catching. Concentrating on the restaurant now, the host sat us down. Me and my girlfriend had a stay in the hotel and had dinner (2 chicken burgers) Easily the best we'd ever had. I had a corona on draught and my girlfriend had a few cocktails she really enjoyed. Overall the experience was lovley the waitress and waiter were very nice and very skilled. It was great

We had a great lunch at this restaurant at brooklands hotel. The staff were excellent and very accommodating and the service was excellent. The food was very good and well presented. The selection of artisan breads was superb and tasted great.

Lovely lunch at 1907, fish and chips was freshly cooked, the fries was just crispy, and guess what the service was attentive quick and not overbearing, I love the ambiance

Amazing food, brilliant chef and the most knowledgeable staff, including at the bar. Highly recommended.
