I recently attended a two-day conference at this restaurant located within the building. The staff at the restaurant were always impeccably dressed, very courteous and accommodating. The teas, coffees, and cakes served were all delicious. The restrooms were also well-maintained, although it was a bit challenging to distinguish between the male and female facilities. I am excited to return for another visit in the future.
I was here for a conference and didn't use the spa or eat in the restaurant. The conference facilities worked really well. Good quality projection and audio facilities and support. There is Wi-Fi provided but that could be more secure. The catering was very good. The staff were friendly and very helpful.
Was disappointed that this place is advertised as a Spa. They have no sauna or steam room or swimming pool. I had a salt scrub treatment which was very good and done by a lovely therapist. Afternoon tea was very good and they have gluten free options.
I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The building was amazing and I will definitely be returning in the future.
