I had heard about an oatmilk yogurt they now have available and got excited because it's hard to find a gluten free and vegan option that fits within my allergens. I asked for a sample of the oatmilk yogurt and immediately tasted peanut butter! I alerted the staff member, thinking it was a mix up, but she stated that was the oatmilk option. This wasn't disclosed to me prior to being given a sample. Thankfully the peanut allergy I have is mild, but what if that weren't the case? Peanuts are a very common allergy, so why not disclose that?!This is a dangerous, potentially life threatening occurrence. First in foremost I want to say that Sarah the blonde girl that made our deserts was great, her level of cleanliness was impeccable!!!! The more heavyset female was not and therefor I had to ask her not to make my cup of frozen yogurt. She was also very rude and all due to her sloppiness and lack of care I hope to hear from management as well from this post because this store was disgusting, the floors were covered in toppings and utensils were dropped twice and put back where clean ones were being held. This is so sad that I came for quality service and walked out never wanting to come back!
It is one of the two 21 Choices Frozen Yogurt establishments, that are located in Claremont. This one is located in downtown area of Claremont. I have been here once, it was in June of 2022. They had a good selection of Frozen Yogurts and Ice Creams. The yogurt, that I have ordered, was delicious and well-made. The line to order was not long, and it was moving fast. The staff, who worked on that shift, were really helpful. Of course, pricewise, it is on the expensive side. So, I would recommend to visit this place only when discretionary funds are available. I go to this place pretty often but today I went to the one on Foothill near Sprouts and was pretty disappointed with the service. I bought a peanut butter yogurt as I had been wanting this flavor for a while but their machine was down for a couple days. When I finally got my yogurt it tasted chalky and I asked if I could get a replacement but she didn't allow it since I have already tasted it. I didn't get the girls name but her service was so far at best. Try to avoid going in there around 2:00.
Everyone loves 21 Choices—it's been a favorite of mine since my college days over 30 years ago. In my opinion, it has only improved. I'm a bit of a chocoholic (my kids insist there's such a thing as too much chocolate, but I just can't comprehend that), and their chocolate frozen yogurt tastes as good, if not better, than any chocolate soft-serve ice cream I've ever tried. They say their secret ingredient is magic. I highly recommend pairing it with a brownie mix-in!
Came on a Thursday night it wasn't that crowded but the wait is a little longer than expected. I got a small rocky road ice cream it was 7$ which in my opinion is a little pricey especially for a small. While first looking at it I thought it was gonna be barley anything but there was actually a decent amount of ice cream in it. The ice cream was good but I don't know if it was worth 7$.
I'm really frustrated! This is the third time I've ordered online to have my meal ready when I arrive, and each time I've been told they didn't see my order. As a result, I have to wait another 20 to 30 minutes, depending on how busy they are, for them to prepare my food. Maybe they should consider placing their online order system in a more visible location! Book a table now
Excellent place to satisfy your yogurt fix. Definitely more than 21 choices! Place is almost always packed, but never a long wait. Located right in the heart of Claremont village.
