Leider etwas enttäuscht. Es sind einfach viel zu viele Menschen da oben in dem relativ kleinen Gastraum eingepfercht. Es ist viel zu hell, viel zu laut... kein schöner Ort um Abends mit Freunden zu essen. Man muss sich permanent anschreien, da es rundherum viel zu laut ist und kann sich daher nicht richtig entspannen und unterhalten. Als das Essen da war, waren die Kinder enttäuscht, da keine Pommes dabei waren. Abgesehen davon, dass ich zwar denke, dass Kinder innso einen Fall, ruhig auch was anderes essen können, finde ich es schon seltsam, wenn in einem Restaurant die Pommes ausgehen, ich finde es auch seltsam, dass ein Koch aus einer Kartoffel nicht schnell Pommes machen kann, aber noch...
This place is an experience. The view of the city is probably amazing, but I had a hard time looking away from my plate. I had 0.5L of Chianti, a beef carpaccio salad with truffle cream, balsamic, pine nuts and parm, which is on the...regular menu, and handmade tortellini with mushroom, spinach, and ricotta. It was heavenly. They are cash-only, but a very reasonably priced menu. It’s a perfect place to bring a date or a client, but I was happy to be dining solo tonight. I didn’t want anyone asking me for a bite! :
I love 21.... definitely my top choice for special occasions! You’re on the 21st floor (top floor) of the City Hall with a spectacular view of all of Kaiserslautern! Sunsets are especially beautiful-even if you only go for a glass of wine to watch the...sunset.... staff is very friendly aim to please every time! They change the menu depending on what’s fresh in season! Reservations are encouraged-they take cash only!
I have warned you, so no complaints please... The stunning views might distract you from your charming talk partners, the fresh food and the decent cocktails. My new number 1 in KTOWN. Pleasant all evening. Good staff and many languages spoken highly proficient! Conclusion: Good...for private as well as appropriate for business events with a touch of class.

Yes, we went because of the view, which was spectacular. The view gives a great perspective of the beauty of Kaiserslautern. If you look South, you will see Hamburgturm, a great hike! Anyway, the food! Large portions (I couldn't eat it all), very modest pricing,...and service was superb. Did I mention the view? I will be back many times!!!
I ordered the shrimp pasta and it was delicious. I just wish there was a little bit more shrimp. The view was very nice. My friends enjoyed their burgers and the chilli chocolate cake. Service was good. The chef walked around and said hi to...everyone.
Tolle Location über den Dächern von Kaiserslautern, guter Service und vor allem bei Dämmerung ein toller Platz zum Essen und Feiern! Klasse Service, war immer auf der Höhe! Klare Empfehlung!
The view is awesome and the food, drink and service are equally as good. Make reservations if if want a great view window for dinner, although sometimes you can get lucky. A must in Ktown!

love this place, visited him for the first time on my first visit, eating was great, the service was great, which was intentional wow! I think my wife takes me back to birthday.
