My mother took lunch on Thursday. She had fish and chips and I had a chicken sandwich. She had fries regularly and I had the truffles. Everything was excellent! The fried green tomato addition to the chicken sandwich was brilliant. Fish was perfectly fried, crisp on the outside and flocky on the inside.
We stumbled upon this place while staying in Martinsville. The menu was great, the food was superb, and our waitress was very helpful! They also had a great selection of local wines. It will definitely be worth the trip back to eat at this gem!
An excellent restaurant in downtown Martinsville. Nice variety on the menu ranging from steaks to salmon to ......great desserts and wine, too.
