We dined here twice during our stay at the Hotel. The first night we had been taken in by the Hotels offer of a gourmet experience package and agreed as we were arriving on a Sunday evening and we just wanted something reassuring. This was not cheap and the food was very good, but there was no choice on this menu. Having deliberately chosen to have blind tasting menus at other Restaurants in the past, this is no big issue, but when dining in a place like this a little choice would have been more welcome, especially as variations on the dishes we had were available on the A La Carte menu anyway. We arrived on this fall day and were seated in the dining room overlooking a nice park behind the restaurant. Service was impeccable. The menu was extremely creative. The pumpkin soup with crayfish was a work of art both visual and tasty and was served in a baby pumpkin. The foie gras was unctious and rich with a spiced apple compote on the side. The chicken special which had a fresh chicken breast and 100 day old chicken confit was a hit and miss . The fresh chicken tasty and tender and the 100 day old chicken a bit funky like old barbecued pork. In general very well, but. very limited quantity for a price that is not it- pick up the crumbs with a towel instead of a raclette it does not make squarely pro- serve a perished sweppes citrus but say chic it lets me dream. otherwise it's good and the waitress agreed that I change dish without making history (when the menu was not appropriate).

Le cadre la cuisine sont bien, mais le service… c’est quand même la 1ere fois qu’on me sert un verre de vin à 12.50 le verre sans me faire goûter, et en en faisant éclaboussé dans mon verre d’eau, ainsi que sur le set de table de mon mari…. Et même pas un oh excusez-moi. Dommage idem pour le vin rouge de mon mari, servi sans faire goûter Book a table now

excellent local specialties and a rare price-quality ratio, with a special mention for juices and sauces. the kitchen is quite worthy of a star, and the service is both user-friendly, professional and caring. Bravo, we'll come back with happiness, and we highly recommend!

a very good restaurant in a hotel. It's not always the case and there's nothing to say and it deserves to be emphasized. From the fun mouth to the mignardises everything was perfect. also calls the servers that have insured while being available.
