I ordered four ham and cheese sandwiches with all the toppings—two with Swiss cheese and two with American cheese. Instead, I received all four with American cheese and turkey. This has happened to me over five times. One of the female employees was very rude. They seriously need to improve their customer service. Everyone there should be replaced.
My favorite sandwich can be found at this deli called The Sleeping Giant. My son's favorite is the chicken cutlet with mayo. The to-go packaging is excellent (photo included). I also ordered a coffee, which was freshly made at the time of pickup. The food was hot, and the coffee was at the perfect temperature. I highly recommend this place!
I ordered my food online, and when I went to pick it up, the person at the counter was非常 rude to me and my child. He treated us as if we were attempting to steal the food. I won't be returning to this restaurant.

I'm not local to this area, but I stopped by for lunch and had an excellent sandwich. The staff were very friendly, the food was delicious, and the prices were reasonable.
The steak and cheese and chicken cutlet sandwiches are excellent and definitely worth the price. They don't skimp on portion size either! The coffee is fantastic as well.
