42 Degres - Table reservation

I am not vegan but I like to avoid meat and dairy when I can, and was also intrigued by the concept of the food being not only vegan but raw. I had a mushroom velouté, which was delicious, and then a dish based on jackfruit, which was unlike anything I had ever tasted. Delicious is not quite the right word for the latter I 'd say something more like fascinating . Anyway, a great gastronomic experience. Their vegan cheeses are good if you don 't try to pretend to yourself that they are actually cheese but instead enjoy them on their own terms. (I 've had some quite unpleasant vegan cheeses in the past, but these were different one of them, a cream cheese, was something I could imagine eating...

I was looking forward to dinner at this restaurant. That was not my great disappointment... the reception was deplorable or even glacial. I totally fought with the server that didn't understand my annoyance. 15 minutes after installing us on a table without a cover, without even a look, it welcomes other customers with a smile, installs them and prepares their table. When I notice him, sir gets angry and raises his tone! C is anything for a restaurant of this standing! The chef tried to catch up pretty badly but good after almost 2 hours of drive we wouldn’t leave the restaurant. The dishes are good and fortunately!

We found this place by luck, We were spending one night in Paris and in our way to Gare du Nord just outside Piosonière metro station we were looking for a light lunch and there it was! All gluten, animal and dairy free. You will not believe the quality of their food! It is great and should be in the top 100 in Paris.

Perfect, nothing to say. The cooks, waiters are adorable and the cheese is to fall! Hait to take cooking classes at home...
