I ordered two shirts from their website and never received them. I attempted to reach out for months via phone, email, and Facebook, but my efforts were met with silence. When I called to speak with a supervisor at the tap room, I was told that if I left my information, they would get back to me, but they never did. My emails went unanswered, and my Facebook messages received no response either. They did reply to my initial Facebook message and assured me that they would call the next day if I provided my details. I waited a few days, but nothing happened. When I followed up via email, they opened my message but chose to ignore me. It feels like I've been robbed and ghosted. What a frustrati...
I have a friend who ordered two shirts and never received them. Despite calling, emailing, and even sending messages through Facebook, he hasn’t gotten a response. I understand that shipping and processing times can be slower during COVID, but it's unacceptable for a business to take your money, read your messages, and not reply. They’ve clearly seen his messages but chose to ignore them! He’s been trying to get in touch for quite some time now. At the very least, they could provide an update regarding any delays instead of just disappearing after taking his money. I am truly shocked by their customer service. I would definitely NOT recommend this place to anyone!
The brewery offers a great selection of fresh local beers in a minimalist setting. Inside, you'll find tables where you can enjoy a random movie playing in the background, as well as board games. Occasionally, a food truck rolls in, serving delicious food to complement your drink. They also sell merchandise and beer to-go, and the staff is very friendly. The only odd thing was the music selection; they were playing Neutral Milk Hotel, which felt completely out of place. It was like going to Local Option or Skeleton Key Brewery and suddenly hearing Café Tacvba over the speakers.
The beer here is fantastic, and the beer slushies are particularly refreshing during the summer. The atmosphere is welcoming and family-friendly, as well as being dog-friendly. The music is always great, and they sometimes have live performances on weekends (be sure to check their social media for updates). You’re welcome to bring your own food, and there are plenty of nearby places to grab tasty tacos and more. Additionally, there are often delicious food trucks on-site during the weekends. We've been coming here for years, and it’s our favorite spot! Book a table now
Fantastic beers and a warm, family-friendly vibe! The experimental brews, like the churro-inspired sour this time, can be a bit hit-or-miss, but the micheladas and slushies are absolutely enjoyable.
Here now! out of flight glasses one girl taking care of the register no one else helping. Not the greatest customer service. Let see how long I have to wait while they wash the glasses.
The hours listed are incorrect. I went out of my way to pick up some beers, only to find that they were closed well before 8 PM on a Saturday.
