53 Chophouse - Table reservation

53 Chophouse was everything my friends said it would be. The service was outstanding. The wine opened well and was delicious. The oysters tasted like they were harvested that afternoon. My wife and I split a 24 ounce ribeye that melted in our mouths. The sides (corn risotto, hash browns and grilled Parmesan asparagus) were more than enough for four people. Our waiter (Jeff) was attentive and extremely knowledgeable. We never felt rushed and the manager even came over to us to thank us for coming in. It is no secret that the steak items are a bit pricey (not compared to Boston steak houses but to local eateries). However the quality of the beef is top notch. Try 53 Chophouse for a special eve...

Steaks were both cooked perfectly and the roasted corn risotto is a must have. Parmesan crusted asparagus was overcooked. Was also disappointed with the crème brulee as the top tasted burnt. Lastly the Hot and dirty martini was advertised with blue cheese stuffed olives and it came with regular olives. I’m not one to complain but for the prices they charge…. if it’s on your cocktail menu recipe make sure it hits the mark!

An outstanding pre New Year’s evening dinner with my family. The service was outstanding. The ambiance, quiet table area and food were all complimentary. Thank you to the manager and staff for making the evening memorable. All the best for a Happy New Year.
