I was randomly in the Brisbane area and was starving. Looking around for a place to grab a bite and a beer, I luckily found 7 mile. This is my kind of place. It's a friendly, family owned, everyday, hard working bay area people kind of place. When I got there it was BUS-Y! Which is generally a good sign but i didn't know if i had the patience to deal with a long wait with how my stomach was talking (yelling) at me. I was greeted and asked to sit at the bar. Food: Brazillian Fish Chowder 5/5 OK so usually with most places I'll go for a meat option instead of a fish option. It really sounded good on the menu and it lived up to description. Very flavorful and rich, There was a decent amount fish in the stew so it left me fairly full. Graham Crust Key Lime Pie 3/5 So the only reason why I gave this a lower rating is because it was more the consistency of a cheesecake as opposed a typical key lime pie. I can't stop getting the pork adobo and rice! I love it and take half home for another meal. Service is great but we are outside and it was a particularly noisy traffic day. This is a restaurant on the side of the road at the literal entrance to Brisbane. The food quality and flavor really surprised us. Everything was fresh and delicious. Indoor and patio dining. They have quite the mix from oysters to burgers and soy garlicmushrooms. Go for it! This place is cool.

You have to reserve in advance. Went there spontaneously and didn't get a seat. The location didn't look inviting, but the inside of the place was nice. Lots of locals, so we assume it could be good.
