I'm totally excited about this place. Food is really special. Nothing you get anywhere, beautifully dressed and tastefully wonderful. In addition, we celebrated our small wedding in the courtyard last year. It was a dream. Everything was totally uncomplicated..from planning to the end. Is perhaps nothing for brides who are super over it, because the owners are deeply relaxed and that could bring the one or the other lady out of the concept: We found it. What I found especially great and unfortunately is no longer self-evident: we have brought decoration, light chains, flowers and the team has tasted everything and prepared for us. Went to Wuppertal for our honeymoon and chose 79 as our fancy dinner of the trip. It was amazing! We went for the four course dinner, chef’s choice. I think the ultimate test of fine cooking is when you eat the ingredients you normally would avoid. I’m not big on beans or bell peppers, for example, but I enjoyed every bit of every single course that was served. Honestly, not only great food, but an incredible experience, extremely kind and welcoming staff, beautiful atmosphere. Something off a luxurious bucket list, that’s for sure!
as a wuppertaler I am totally thrilled that I do not have to go to düsseldorf for such an experience. Eating is excellent. it is beautifully dressed and tastes even better. here is cooked with passion! the service is professional and at the same time so relaxed unattended! a fantastic combination. because such a quality when eating unfortunately goes too often with a much too stiff environment. we come back...and recommend!
