Scott may be new, but he is eager to learn and impress. As a frequent customer, I can appreciate the high standards of service. Ismael’s contagious smile and comforting demeanor make every visit enjoyable. He is a remarkable leader and has set a high bar for customer service, which I have never experienced at any other 7/11. The Hasbrouck Heights location at 423 Route 17 is truly exceptional. I can’t forget to mention Linda, the sparkling female manager, who, along with Ismael and Scott, played a vital role in serving my family during the challenges of COVID. They have been essential workers for us, always providing a genuine and honest service without any shady promotions.
