I look through the reviews of this store, and very contradictory. I was in the store a few times and every time the people who work there were more than accommodating. They even offered me to make food when the food that was on the counter looked a little old, I did not ask them to offer it to them. I've seen a girl named Jennifer running food for an older lady, that's not something you'll find in any convenience store. If you look hard enough, you will be able to find something to complain about somewhere, and that is what I think some of these reviewers do is just complain.
I myself and an employee stopped to quickly change an ice-cold rain on our way between two places in-N-Out without problems service properly many parking spaces
