I went to this 7-11 on 04/04/2022. I went in the store with my dog who is a service animal. The guy at the counter told me that she is not allowed in the store. I told the guy that she is a service dog and asked him if he would like to see her ID. He said that he did not care and dogs were not allowed in the store. Legally I am permitted to have her in any location that does not permit animals.
I walked in and I was looking at a charger but I didn’t want it so I put it back I grabbed some gum and went to the register then they started yelling at me to take the charger out my pocket then I told them I didn’t have it then they told me to empty my pockets so I did and they still said I stole then the yelled at me and told me to leave
IF YOU ARE CLOSED PUT UP A NOTE ON THE DOOR! If you are closed at least have the respect for your customers saying your store is closed for stocking instead of acting like no one is knocking on the door. employees slacking off behind a closed door, its losing the owner a lot of business! update: Still Happening. 3 months later Book a table now
This 7-Eleven Manager is unprofessional! I got 4 accelerator it says 2 for $4 I show this to manager he can’t fix it! No refund no deal
Had no type of food, saw a cockroach, and the men at the front desk paid no mind to even ask us if everything was okay when we left.
Most of the coffee machines are broken . like I wanted my hot white chocolate so bad. I just walked out from there.
Not sure why all the bad reviews. Clean store, friendly service, and functional Slurpee machine. Book a table now
