2nd 7 Eleven closed tonight. This one had a sign saying 20 min. From when, who knows? Not happy. The first one had a nasty worker saying 11 o'clock over and over as he closed the door on myself and others that were already locked out and it wasn't even 11 yet... So this place is a bit better than the one down to the west of here. The only one open was Stewart Ave and New bridge Rd across from Holy Trinity. Friendly workers and much cleaner than the other two.
I can't fathom a store with staff more indifferent than the 7-11 locations near me (Hicksville, East Meadow, Westbury). Most employees don't utter a word, even if they've seen you countless times before. It feels like they’re in a zombie-like trance. The only place that comes close in terms of disengaged staff is Bolla. It's quite disheartening and even a bit unsettling to think that anyone could become like that.
I want to highlight the petite girl with blonde hair who works at Blizzard. While she tries her best to help everyone, it often feels like she’s not quite engaged and just stands around. If someone isn’t willing to put in the necessary effort, maybe it's better to reconsider being in a job like this.
just overall horrible experience, and horrible customer service. the owner or worker was very rude towards me as i asked simple questions to something i didn’t understand. i will not be returning to this 7-eleven ever again. Book a table now
This is the only 7-11 I've ever been to where the Slurpees are consistently cold and always functioning perfectly every single time I visit. It's truly underrated!
