This particular mall location...The two guys working the register on January 4th, 2022 were are not wearing masks. Tweedledum and Tweedledee are obviously not happy to be working, rude to customers and unwilling (or maybe unable) to do their job with any competence. I suspect they are hoping to get Covid so they can go on vacation yet again.However, the manager (Susan) is cool and seems to realize she was dealt a bad hand when it comes to her employees. Let 's hope she can do some course correcting.
A 7 eleven in the mall!? Awesome! It's actually bigger than the ones I been to. Huge drink n snacks selections to. I saw mochis in their ice cream tub. Bring 2 nice priced to. It's literally just like any other 7 eleven. I always like these to. I already know what i want the minute i see the sign. The young lady at the register was pleasant n in good spirited. She was greeting everybody n gave us blessings on the way out.
Exercise caution at this location. The young man at the register added two items to my total purchase and it seems he also credited those items to his rewards account, taking credit for my transaction. I should have paid more attention, but I was in a hurry to return to my family. By the time I noticed what had happened, the store was already closed. It’s disheartening that someone would behave this way.
There's nothing inherently wrong with the store; it's just a typical newer 7-Eleven. However, they ordered the wrong lids for the cups and still continue to use them. Unfortunately, I ended up spilling coffee all over my shirt because of this. It's disappointing that they haven’t fixed the issue with the mismatched lids still being available.

This is a fantastic spot to grab a quick snack or meal when you're in a hurry. While most of the staff are wonderful, there are a few individuals who can negatively impact the overall experience. I understand that it's not the fault of management, as the employees who are problematic usually don't stay long or tend to improve over time.
The manager laughed and made fun of me loudly to her coworkers after asking her a question. I frequent this location and this was an embarrassing and disappointing experience.
Was refused to be rung up by one of the workers without a valid explanation of why my transaction could not be satisfied. I guess they don’t really care refusing business.
Kids were out of stock for alurpees. Other than that it had BANANA flavor slurpeeeeeeee
