I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The employees were incredibly rude and even made my daughter cry. She simply wanted to exchange a fruit item that had expired that day. She had gone to her practice and ate the fruit from a cooler afterward. When she discovered it tasted sour and gross, she went back to ask for a refund or an exchange, but they refused because the package was opened. How was she supposed to know it was expired? We trusted this 7-Eleven, which is why we didn’t check—it’s always been reliable for us before her practices. I will never return here again. I will be going to the liquor store across the street from Whitsett instead—they have better service and fresher...
