This place was selected based upon the request of a family member for their birthday. It was so disappointing. The cuts of meat they offer for the price is horrible and we even did the “Premium AYCE”. The apps and sides took forever to come out and repeats (despite ordering) never happened as promised. The ambiance is lacking, the place is dirty, and the food gross. If you want to spend this kind of money, GO DOWNTOWN or to Nexton. I would not be surprised if this place got shut down by a health inspector. Absolutely horrid.
Tony was our server and honestly, one of the best servers I have EVER had at any restaurant establishment. He was super personable and bent over backwards to help. He was a great instructor and guide. We also were pleasantly surprised as we enjoyed the music as well as the fact we were quickly ushered to our table. I give the BBQ experience a 12/10 pineapples (yes, we are in Charleston after all) rating. BTW, you must try the grilled pineapples. Check this place out — you will not regret it.
Service was atrocious. We had to ask for someone to seat us as no one was upfront – then we had to ask for someone to wait on us as our waitress had no idea we had been sat. There was absolutely no one in the restaurant, but we had to ask for our check and ask for refills on water and when I say ask, I mean we had to get up from our table and go find our server
This was our first time at any Korean BBQ. The waitress was helpful, attentive for the most part, and helped us get started cooking the meat. Beef bulgogi and ribeye were a huge hit. I think it’s a bit pricey as is, but also charging $5 for plain white rice seemed a bit over the top. Music was noisy in places but all in all it was a good experience.

Service was a little slow to start due to our waitress having many tables at once. But the value of the food and cost was worth it. If you’re doing KBBQ, do the AYCE Premium. 4 free apps that are unlimited, any meat from the list as much as you want. Couldn’t have went to a better KBBQ place if we tried.
This is the place where we’ve now chosen to bring our guests whenever they’re in town. Always great time, the food is awesome, and they have Cass!
We had a few different starters and shared and entre. The food was excellent. Our server was extremely friendly and attentive.
