A Casa Corsa - Table reservation

Ignore some of the slightly weary pictures on the listing. On the main square in town, Casa Corsa has a covered seating area in front of its authentic charcuterie as well as a sizeable open air seating area just over the tiny road which skirts the square. Run by two real Corsican characters, we found ourselves drawn here for the second year in succession. You’ll find your meal plans disappear as you stay for one more drink and dine out on platters of Corsican cheese and cold meat. Casual place, nice for a simple meal, on their large terrace in the very centre of l'Ile Rousse. They have a great selection of local wines and beers, which can be accompanied with Corsican cheese and hams or a variety of salads. Their ice creams with local flavours are also recommended.

Good place to try local charcuterie and they serve very generous salads. Good value for money. We ordered 1 cheese board, 1 meat board and a salad and it was a good amount for the 2 of us.

Best food and service in town The staff is perfect It is mostly cold food. But they have a slice of bread with ham cheese and honey. That is warm
