spectacular site like all dishes, exquisite food so chrome chips with alioli , Iberian sun that attaches photo, is from rechupete and dessert torrija that removes the sense. the service very good as the super friendly waitress, they tell you the composition of the dishes and all are exceptional, I will certainly repeat, I put a 10 I feel not having put more pictures but it was so good and had an entire image of comeme that I spent totally but I can assure it was a wonder to visit this place, beautiful and different.
It is a restaurant that would always come back (it has been three times), but more than for its quality of the food (which are delicious creations such as your gazpacho cherry or your oca egg with a ticket base and Iberian ham), would be for the treatment of employees because they pay attention to 10.
We almost just left the restaurant and delighted if we return to hervás we will return to the slow fire the beautiful place and the very good food and owner and workers all a charm!
