An address not to be missed by discovering Cauterets. The restaurant is complete every evening although it offers two services. The reservation is set, you have to take it early. But it's worth so much. The restaurant poets its name, the interior is cozy, little table and the decoration is warm. A friendly moment in privacy. The staff is very pleasant and the service is impeccable. In terms of quality and quantity everything is there. We had a great evening! Don't change anything.
