Good location in Rouffach village. Food quality was good and tasty. Waiting time for servicing was very acceptable. Main disadvantage for tourist no english menu, and stuff speak only French. Very difficult to choose your meal using Google translate :

A restaurant always crowded is a sign of popularity. Here the reservation is mandatory! Famous for its “tartes flambées”, you will be surprised by the rest of the menu! I had some frogs which were really delicious!

Quite good, nice people but not the best in Rouffach. Alsacian food restaurant, they offer take away service.
