Okay, so the reason I give A&S a 1 star is not because of the food. The food is delicious there and very happy it's un my hometown in Merrick. The day I went there was 2 guys behind the counter. One of them was very rude in answering a question Ihad about a certain food and at the end, I ask when is it going to be made again and again I got a very rufe and not so friendlyresponse. The other was very nice, very attentive gentleman.
I called there asking if they had sun dried peppers, then called back to confirm this. they told me yes both times,so we walked over there to get them, was then told that they did not have them since before the pandemic started, so they asked me to callthe number that i called earlier when i asked and look at this their phone rang and it was me, so they told me they had them butreally did not. i will now never go there again
I gave A S Italian Fine Foods a 1-star rating, not because of the food—which is genuinely delicious and a great addition to my hometown of Merrick—but due to the service. During my visit, two staff members were working behind the counter. One was quite rude when I asked about a menu item and gave an unfriendly reply when I inquired about its next availability. Fortunately, the other employee was very kind and attentive.
Let's talk about the greatest bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich ever! I kicked off my morning with what can only be described as the best bacon, egg, and cheese I’ve ever had. The bacon was incredibly crispy and flavorful, while the bread was soft, fresh, and delicious. I can’t imagine starting my day without one of these fantastic sandwiches. It definitely deserves a solid 5 stars, just like always! Book a table now
The food is amazing! But I ordered my sandwich almost 3 hours ago. When I called they said it hadn't gone out yet! I still don't have lt! Luckily I'm not in a rush today but I'm sorry I will never order from them again!! It's after 4pm now AND I STILL DON'THAVE MY SANDWICH!!!! IT'S NOW 4:30 AND I STILL DON'T HAVE MY SANDWICH!!
What a fantastic find! I was waiting for my screen to be fixed next to the door when I stumbled upon this gem of a restaurant. The service was excellent, and the food was outstanding. The next day, I returned for a lovely Italian dinner with my family, and everything we ordered was delicious! We can't wait to go back!
I’ve dined at this restaurant several times and decided to choose them for my daughter's first birthday catering. Anthony was incredibly helpful, especially since I had never ordered catering before. We received so many compliments about the food at the party! It was delicious! I highly recommend this place!
Talk about the best bacon egg and cheese ever!!! Started my morning/ day off great after eating literally the best bacon egg and cheese.
