My husband called in an order for me to pickup on my way home. I got there about 30mim after he ordered and was informed they just put our ticket in. She went ahead and totaled up my order and told me it would be $XX plus a $1,000 tip. I laughed, and then she proceeded to go on for a few minutes about how she was serious and needed $1,000. At this point I give her cash in the exact amount of the order. When my fo$1od is finally done she bags it up and goes to hand it to me, but then pulls it back and says did you pay for this ...my reply was you know I did and then she hands it to me again, pulling it back, and says but you didn 't give me my $1,000 tip. The food was not great had to drown the fried chicken in hot sauce because of no seasoning. Collard greens taste like they were from a can, Mac n cheese was cold. Resturant Floor was super sticky the whole place looked dirty from traffic I guess and the resturant had an old mop water odor . Kid at register was more concerned about talking about Highschool escapades rather than putting a fork and napkin in my bag and cleaning up. I wish it was better as there’s no soul food out that way. But I’m not going again.
