It breaks my heart to write this review, as I am not one to negatively review restaurants on TA, however, we felt the review necessary. Firstly, I’d like to mention that we were extremely excited to try this restaurant, based on the wonderful reviews and...it’s rating by Michelin. I regularly stay with my family at the hotel Les Mouettes, they opened this restaurant this year and we gave it a try. It was perfect. First the setting on the hotel terrasse is uniquely charming. The service is nice and they took great care...of us. The food is sophisticated and we liked the fact that everything is organic and most of it locally sourced. The size of the plates looked short at first for a big eater like me. But once you've eaten all the courses, you're set. Plus the wine, you're good to go. What a treat! This is truly a very high standard cuisine in an enchanting setting. The menu is innovative using top Corsican ingredients, the service the presentation and setting, everything is fabulous. The little appetizers “amuse-bouche” mini fish soup tartlet and tartare and brucciu were...absolutely stunning, this Chef is an artist! We had cabri and monkfish, all cooked to perfection with a delicious and surprising sauce, small ratatouille, polenta ans herbs, all so delicate and the desserts, Vanille Madagascar and Peach what a nice way to end such a beautiful and extraordinary moment! I invited my sister in law and we had a great time. We were very happy with the service, they took care of us but not to present so we could have our time to enjoy the seven courses meal. Pretty nice combinations of flavours...and complete discovery for us. Would recommend this place to anyone willing to experience a different cuisine then other restaurants in Ajaccio.
Right of the bat, the staff is excellent. Above average in English proficiency, smiling, available-but-not-in-your-face and accomodating. The food is very good, as are the wines. It is not cheap (EUR per plate), but if you are planning on having a romantic evening in...Ajaccio, look no further
We stay there for nights in the hotel and we decide to go have dinner for our last night. Starting from starter to dessert everything was very good !! I take octopus as starter and fish for main and vanilla as dessert ! I...really recommend! Staff are very friendly and very good service!!
lovely, quiet place. It is very good and kind service. And the food is superb.the wine sommelier picked really good wines to our course meny. Recommend you to reserve a table for dinner if you are in Ajaccio.

We had a marvelous menu of different fishes. The service was very friendly but not attentive. One thing is for sure:: Theole atmosphere is incredible! I would recommend going In the evening.
The food was poor and size of dish was small. The service was dreadful. It was very expensive and would not return.
