Today i went this store and a girl with glasses was very nice to me and the food was average . I am from vancouver to compare from the stores here the service was not best but the employer who took my order her behaviour was very polite.
Onion rings should die. If you ask them for additional spicy and spicy Chipotle Mayo, it is a game changer!! Nice staff and the place is well maintained compared to other restaurants in downtown Nanaimo.
It is very well maintained, even in the toughest places in the city. Kudos to the team for amanzing service . Beyond the meat burger with extra spicy sauce was just beyond the best.
One of the best burgers they serve here. All team members and managers are very courteous and work hard to deal with customer needs. Koodos to all team members. Great service.
