I love the old school resturant style, the little continental shop which is also inside was so sweet<br/ <br/ The prices of the dishes were such good value for the size. I ordered lamb on hummus which came with pita to dip it was my first time ordering this I loved it can't wait to come back and try again.<br/ <br/ I also ordered falafel which came with pita, tahini dip and a side of mixed pickled veg. The combination just worked the creamy tahini and tart veg was a taste sensation.<br/ <br/ My husband had the cheese pie and loved the doughiness of the pastry we will certainly be back

Been here too many times to count! Perfect for a light meal, or you can get the platters if you're more hungry. Prices are very decent for the portion and quality of food. There is usually a line when ordering, but it's definitely worth it because it moves quickly and the food is always delicious. My personal favourite is the cheese (halloumi) pie. Love all of the dips as well.

Ok for some reason we’ve only tried A1 at some of the other outlets, never the big Brunswick one. Oh my god, it’s amazing. The cheese in the spinach and cheese triangle was so incredibly fresh and soft. The meat pizza was fantastic. A great coffee too. We will trek back over again soon!<br/ <br/ It’s hectic inside but they run a tight ship.

I'm so lucky to live down the street from this local gem. There are lots of Lebanese bakeries around but A1 is one of the best thanks to its large space and varied, inexpensive, vegan-friendly menu. I usually go for the falafel platter full of pickles and tahini. But a haloumi pizza or pide and a coffee is always a great option as well. Book a table now

There is a reason A1 is always packed. If you value your happiness, you must order the foul moudammas too delicious for words. They also have some of the best falafel. All baked items can be made with vegan cheese instead of regular cheese if you would so prefer. You will froth.

I loved the food including the Zataar, Cheese pie, and Cheese and spinach Triangle. It is a very good price and the staff there are very nice. My only criticism is at times it can get noisy and crowded. It is a great place to eat and I would definitely recommend it.

Portion is huge for the price The bread is amazing, fresh from the oven! Definitely recommended. The line can be overwhelming but it moves really fast. Staff is very friendly too so you don’t feel like the wait is bad at all!<br/
