It was disappointing to see that an Indian dining experience at a single-storey restaurant turned into a lackluster affair. The service was poor, the presentation was mediocre, but the food was decent. Upon arrival, the workers seemed rushed and we were not offered a drink while waiting for our table. The restaurant was brightly lit, creating a strange atmosphere. Some of us had cutlery while others did not. The staff at this restaurant are very friendly. The menu is intriguing. The location is fantastic — right on the canal. Years ago, Aagrah was known for its high-quality Indian cuisine, but now it seems more like a typical curry house. The onion bhajis were disappointing, just being onion rings, and the chicken in my curry was quite dry. The flavors were decent though. It's a good spot for a gathering of friends, but there are definitely better curry options in Skipton.
