I had 2 friends visiting Switzerland and we ate in this restaurant on 11th July. It had to be the worst possible service I (and my friends) have ever experienced. Firstly we wanted to sit outside as it was a sunny evening, but after a rain shower earlier, some of the tables had some water on them but the waitress was really insisting we sit inside as it meant she had to wipe them......in the end we said we would dry them off as it was not a problem! We ordered our meal and when the wine arrived, she opened the bottle, and we said we loved that sound......to which she grumpily said...good wine should not make that sound!
