in the heart of the village we visited the abacco in soest. tapas should be today. we ordered: boqueronnes fritos, datteln in a fig coat, garnel with fresh oyster mushrooms and garlic, chorizo as well as baguette with garlic sauce. with the baguette and the garlic sauce “do not always work like that.” we were probably told three times that we had to pay this extra. the tapas were ok, tastefully in the upper third. they were also – in contrast to another assessment hot. the white wine (rijola) well cooled and a very nice bouquet. the service was friendly, but seemed a little overwhelmed. this time there are only 3 stars. Hope that next time besides eating also “the rest is right”.
op een rustige zondagavond liepen we toevallig langs abacco, waar nb een tapasbuffet gereed stond in een gezellige entourage! het was bijzonder, uitgebreid, compleet en verrassend lekker. we voelden ons heel welkom en de kok legde zorgvuldig uit wat er alleaal gereed stond. hij had zichtbaar plezier in zijn werk! de bijbehorende wijn smaakte uitstekend. bruikte borden en bestk be na ieder ronde opgehaald.De prijs die we betaalden voor al dat heerlijks was ook errassed: laag! incl. en fooi 30 euro p.p.
We had about three Tapas per person and a red wine - just perfect!We got to share the tapas and ended up tasting lots of different grilled vegetables, and seasoned beef and chicken, some nice Spanish serrano and green olives.Just great - for not more than a bit over average price!

I was with friends the first time in soest and in the abacco. the optics has little to do with a real chip. weincard misdisplay. German courts on the map? the orders of tapas were all made more as bad. warm tapas completely cold. taste zero. that was a complete fall. never again.
here you can enjoy very good and cozy Spanish cuisine. in the middle of the soester old town near the historic market place, this restaurant offers a pleasant variety for lovers of Spanish cuisine.
Abacco used to be a good Spanish tapas in Soest. It appeared they are no longer doing well. I would not say they are authentic Spanish tapas but they offered good selection of small plates.
service friendly and attentive. atmosphere cozy. spears ( tapas büffet )optically inviting. worthiness low, little fish, little meat, not kept warm.
