Although we enjoyed a few things like orange chicken, general tso 's and egg rolls, I was disappointed with the ice fried rice and chow my. fried rice was literally white rice with soy sauce and the chow mine was overcooked with soy sauce. also our delivery order was 40 minutes too late, apparently there was a delay with the fax lol not sure what that means, but that was not a good first impression.
For nearly 20 years, we have been dining at Abacus. Although the menu has evolved over the years, it remains our favorite Chinese restaurant! We always order the sweet and sour chicken, Abacus special chicken (made with white meat), sweet chow mein, and crab puffs. I particularly enjoy the Kung Pao chicken, but only when we dine in. Their hot tea is also fantastic!
Extremely disappointed. We used to get dinner from this restaurant years ago. It was always good. What we got last night was a disgrace. The items in that were supposed to be crispy fried (egg rolls, fried shrimp) were topped in the tray by wet items making them soggy. The entire order was just awful. I’m glad we weren’t having guests for dinner last night.
We didn't get the food we ordered. Granted, we ordered pick up and I SHOULD have double checked the order before we left. None the less, they messed up on our order and refused to fix the problem and make it right. Food was COLD. Like still half frozen cold. 10/10 awful customer service and food, would not recommend. Ordered through delivery and I was impressed with the portion size. Kids loved it and I think the flavors were pretty spot on. Also seen they had Thai tea and could not pass the opportunity to enjoy some, so good!Definitely would order again.
The orange chicken was soggy, and the chow mein tasted like the frozen meals you can find at the grocery store. To be honest, I probably won't return. My teenagers were not impressed and said they would rather eat yogurt.
Staff is so rude. Called me once and claimed they called me a bunch of times, and the one time they did I couldn't answer because I was driving. Gave me so much attitude. Food also took forever. Don't waste your time.
The sour drop soup is a must-try! It has a delightful balance of sweet and acidic flavors. The service was excellent, and the lunch portions are generous. Book a table now
I've eaten here around half a dozen times and finally found a problem. They served me cold egg rolls. Otherwise I would have given a perfect score.
