The Depot has reopened and I am thrilled! This restaurant, which used to be a train station, has preserved all of its old architecture and charm. My friends and I visited on opening weekend after a round of bowling in town. We were pleasantly surprised with complimentary appetizers (buffalo chicken tenders and potato skins) that the kitchen had made extra of. For dinner, I chose the greek chicken wrap which was absolutely delicious. The portion size was good, the ingredients were fresh, and there was a generous amount of tasty greek dressing. The fries tasted like they were made from fresh potatoes, not frozen. I have a feeling we will be returning to this place often!
I have been eagerly anticipating the opportunity to try out the new Depot under new management, and I am so happy we did. It was a very busy night, but the staff was working tirelessly. They all did an excellent job! Our waitress checked in on us a few times while we waited for our meals. My wife ordered the Steak Rice Bowl Special, and I opted for the Tips Chicken. Both dishes were incredibly tender, juicy, and delicious. We even ended up getting another bowl to take home. The restaurant has a lovely atmosphere, and we will definitely be returning in the future.
I absolutely adore The Depot. I have been coming here since I was a child and it has always been a comforting place for me. I am thrilled that it is now under new ownership and still thriving! The interior has been completely renovated and it looks fantastic. I recently ordered a lobster roll to go and it was exactly what I was craving. The service is always excellent, so I highly recommend this restaurant.
in 2010 family and I went to it at night and the waitress told us it would be 5 minutes, and as we waited they were taking people after us and kept tell it to wait 5 more minutes 4 times! We then got fed up and left! If they severed there friends regulars but but ignore new comers! I will not support them! I did hear they are going to close up shop on december 17th!

I am thrilled that the Abington Depot has reopened with new management! The restaurant looks amazing and the food was delicious. The staff, though young, were very helpful and polite. We definitely plan on returning. Overall, we give it a 5 out of 5 for service, atmosphere and food. The price per person for dinner ranges from $20 to $30.
