if they want a good grill, this is the place. they have two possibilities in the city, one is ombu and the other is absurdo, they are the same restaurant. the service is perfect. for the starter I recommend the pork mucosa, bloodworm and chorizo. the loin with caramelized bevel and the baby are an excellent option. in the supplements is economical, so if they have a hearty appetit, I suggest an additional portion. the bottle for dessert is delicious.
