However, the reception and quality of the service are completely to be reviewed. indeed once arrived at the counter, no reception, nothing at all. the staff passes next to you as if you don't exist, and you have to do feet and hands to get you a seat or sit. more once installed the time before receiving the cards and ordering power is long. good surprise nevertheless regarding dishes whose prices are very affordable for a very valuable quality for this price.

I think that when we work in trade the least thing is to greet customers with a nice smile and thank them when they leave but unfortunately even the minimum did not respect! very nice place with heated outdoor terrace and very frequented on haguenau. there are excellent burgers and delicious flambées pies (I recommend goat/miel) which unfortunately always arrive cold at the table. The service is to be deplored: very long, beer has no foam when served; When I last visited, I never had the towels and blankets I asked. Thank you kleenex, I pulled out my paper handkerchiefs!! Moreover the server is no longer reappeared!! A lot of progress to be made in this area.Last point: check your bill when you pay, you will not have a surprise.
